CUMALIKIZIK VILLAGE TRIP VIA GORUKLE YOUTH CENTRE

As first I would like to explain ''Cumalıkızık village'' because which is so famous in Bursa from Turkey. Old houses and some films recorded in there. In fact when films recorded there and then the village was famous. So two weeks ago on sunday, our youth centre that is called ''Görükle Youth Centre'' had a trip at Cumalıkızık village. I was lucky because that day was my holiday and I went to there too. In addition, we had some little problems so I will explain it below on my articles. So now Our organizer prepared this trip and rented a minibus. When I got in minibus, I saw many people from our association and also some foreigners so I thought this trip would be awesome. Okay we started to travel but the big problem was our driver didn't know where are we going... We were a few minutes late but our new friend ''Neslihan'' Who knew way of Cumalıkızık so everyone took a sigh of relief but another problem was our organizer who made a reservation but we were late a few minutes so boss of a restaurant said her ''sorry we got a new group so your reservation canceled'' We were on way when we got this call. A few minutes our friends were shocked but then the problem was solved by boss again. Anyway, we arrived Cumalıkızık village finally and as first, we had so cool breakfast, warm bread, cheeses, jam, honey, olive, butter and I don't remember lots of breakfast varieties were on our table. We were really hungry...

After breakfast, we started to roam around of village and took more photos. I saw lots of traditional stuff of village like foods, dress, accessories, potteries etc. They hand made by local of village people.  Definetely they were awesome and many foreigners visit to village everyday. This is so important for us and terms of promotion. The first photo was about ''cin aralığı'' it means ''gin range'' we were stuck but took cool photos lol. Second photo was our crazy volunteers were making interview with video camera. Last two photos was about in village.

Of course without forgetting, people of Cumalıkızık village so supporter to animals as you see,

I have been in there second time and I would like to say, we don't know our city's beauties. We should share our city's beuties photos to world because we are living here. The trip was total between 5-6 hours so in this time we had a good time, met new friends, tried new foods, saw new places etc. I would like to say thanks Görükle Youth Centre and we are waiting new trips! 

ULUDAG MOUNTAIN TRIP VIA BOSCH

Everyone want to go Uludag because it is so popular mountain and proverbial. I haven't been in there before so my friends were asking me ''why didn't you go there before?'' I wasn't know why. When I started job at Bosch my life is changing by Bosch because its has many social activities for its all of workers. I have never seen which factories give these opportunities... Absolutely amazing and so helpful. Approximately three weeks ago in Bosch, I saw an announcement that was about trip in Uludag. I was so happy because it could be good trip for me so I have sent an e-mail to a person who was prepearing this organization for get information about trip. Two hours later answer has arrived me and day of trip was so good for me so I did registration also I am bring a friend with me so it was amazing news! Well, after that day I was looking a friend who comes with me so I shared an article that was about friend advertisement... It was so funny but what can I do...? I was waiting an answer from a girl but she didn't back me so it was so terrible but don't care.After that time, I found a friend who is my first and cool foreigner friend his name is Selim and he came from Algeria to Bursa for studying Mba of automotive. We have met before but through Bosch we met again for Uludag trip. December 29 that time came and we prepared ourselves to go cold place is Uludag! Also It has been our first trip in Uludag so we were really lucky. Busses would be done departure from factory and in there had total 3 bus. I thought ''many people will come'' And that was true! We went Uludag approximately with one hundred sixty-for or five people. So our trip started at 8:30am and we arrived Uludag mountain between in 1 or 1.5 hours. I can say weather was so cold! But amazing environment! After arrived there, we started to hiking but hiking was so hard and profit was higher. We walked total 2 hours and it was so hard and tiresome even in 2 hours I was thinking like can I live? Lol :=) Like I said, this trip was my first time to go Uludag and I didn't know there as well. After hiking, we had food time! The food was sausage between bread! I loved it because this food is so popular in Uludag mountain. So everyhing was ok and saw my colleagues in there also took many photos! In addition, this trip was hard but got so beutiful oxygen! Thanks!

 

BOSCH PHOTOGRAPHY CLUB

Everyone have hobbies and these things are so useful so my first hobby club that is called Photography Club of Bosch company. As first I have started a new job at Bosch and you know it but first day I have seen a advertisement it is about photographer training and I said myself  ''I should go there'' After seen that I have sent an e-mail to a person who was getting registration of training but she asked me what is your personel number and I have thought like what should I say and I said '' Sorry I started as new and today is my first day also I didn't get my business card yet'' She said again '' Okay it doesn't problem, I got your registration''.  I have shocked and was so happy. First day of training course was not bad because I didn't know other people but next lessons all of things was awesome I mean, met new people and we had cool environment and chatting. Unfortunately that training course was just two weeks, three days in a week. Training course time was okay but tired because training was in my night shift work time and I was going to course and back home again and later go job again... I was so tired but I didn't care because I was so happy. When it finished we got certificate of participation from Bosch Hobby Club Trainer ''Zeynep Yıldız''

Also we had a big cake for celebration it. On the cake had Nikon camera machine photo and it was so funny but looks fantastic lol also our instructor cutted cake on the camera's lens... Poor camera :=) Like this.

And then what happend after course? Last week normally club had a trip on villages of Bursa but I didn't go because I had in overtime of work so today I went there with second group and it was amazing! I haven't been a long time in villages so today was more peaceful and motive to myself. Talked old people and we had fun with children also took their photos. Just I understood life is not always work! According to me these activities should be more because we need it!

Lastly I would like to thanks my all of friends! Particulary my instructor ''Veysel Kaya'' Bosch Photography Club president ''İbrahim Nazlı'' and Bosch Hobby Club Trainer ''Zeynep Yıldız'' I hope our photography club will more things for come together. Thanks!

NEW JOB AT BOSCH - 13 OCTOBER 2014

I think everyone know Bosch company because it is global company and more popular in the world also it is about automotive sector and home appliances. In Bursa has approximately 4 or 5 factory I don't remember now well but I can say Bosch is the best company in the Bursa. Its social opportunities, good salary and operating conditions are really amazing. Now I am writing this article about myself because I started to Bosch as ''manufacturing technician'' I have applied for job there but I was hopeless but last wednesday they called me and they wanted to meet me for speak again fourth time. Actually I didn't go there again because it was fourth time and factory was far away from my house so I called a taxi and I was paying more money... My family said me '' you have to go there again and don't give up!'' I said okay and went to there again but it was same again like '' we will call you later'' Alright and went to home immediately and didn't think this job again. After day so tomorrow they called me again and said '' We will accept you'' and I was shocked! I couldn't believe that but it was real and I was so happy and they wanted documents for start job in one day! I didn't have time and I took all of documents immediately and later went to Bosch for give files them. Today I started and in 2 days we will get orientation training it is about occupational safety, factory, rules, social facilities etc.. First of day finished and finally I am here but this is not enough because my aim is so wide environment and not like go job and back home... Not like this! I will look Bosch abroad opportunities, cultural exchanges and more things. Bad side of job is they did four month contrat but this is not just for me, this is for everyone and after 4 month I don't know what will happens. Also I explaing a little about operating system, I will manufacture injector system and work will be shift time ( I hate this system but what can I do...) Work hours total 8 hours but if you want to do overtime, you can get a little money without normal working hours. Bosch's foods are really amazing and so delicious also real quality plus healthy. So we will see what happen in the future with Bosch. I am sure I can get more skills and develop myself. All of details soon... :)

FIRST TIME IN ULUDAG WITH MY MOTHER, AUNT AND COUSIN

Since 1990 i am live in Bursa and i have never been in Uludag. So people asked me, why didn't go to Uludag? Actually i don't know why i didn't go there but i was saying me always i will go there i will go there but didn't go. But finally 3 days ago i was there! How? First of all, earlier this week i have got a phone from my uncle and he said me, we (he, aunt and cousin) will come to you for visit and see my mother but he warned me about come there because they would do surprise to my mother. I said okay and they that day got on bus and came next day at 8a.m. I got them from bus station and went to home. My mom saw my aunt and she was shocked by her sister.  She was so happy and still shocked. Their first day rested and that day's night we talked for tomorrow what can we do and i said, how about Uludag? My uncle didn't say ok but aunt and cousin said yes. So we have decided go to Uludag via teferrüç with mother,aunt and cousin. What is the tefferrüç? That means a cabin and people in this and going up to mountain. Well, finally that day came and we have prepared ourself to go. As first, we bought ticket total four person but i was student so i bought ticket as cheap but normal ticket is a little bit expensive. We were waiting a cabin for get in but many people were waiting also many arab people were there. It was definetely crowded so approximately we were waited total 20 minutes. Finally we got in box and started to go up but i scaried a litte bit because everywhere of cabin windows and you can see anywhere and it was too high from floor. In 12 minutes we have reached to Sarı alan in Uludag. It wasn't peak but it was too hight from floor. So what a fresh air and what a amazing environment. Everywhere is tree and awesome tourists. We have bought some food and found a location and sat down. We have talked, laughed and we breathe got fresh air. Also the weather was a little bir cold so it was good for us. Approximately at 5 o'clock we had to go back because we supposed to go Köfteci Yusuf food store which is in Kahraman and it was far away from here. Anyway we went back and came in Köfteci Yusuf that food store totally amazing and we ate meatball and then ekmek kadayıf dessert. Later we came back home. That day was completely cool and i was so tired...

LITTLE KOREA

When i first heard that name is LITTLE KOREA, i had thought ''what is that mean?'' One day i was looking my faceook page and i have seen two or three photos in Ismail who's facebook wall and he was painting. I had wondered and asked Ismail, What is that? Ismail told me, I was helping Jong for him new restaurant. Because This paint was interested and he explained that restaurant, They will make korean foods by Korean and it will be first time ever. It sounds was really great and loved it. Well, later i saw korean guy and i remembered  him because he had came to our English speaking club in Macquarie University English Language Centre and we had talked him and i think he had explained a food store. Approximately a months ago, i had out my uncle's store and was going to metro station. Around station, i have seen my friend who is my foreign friends is Thomas and him friends  went to near them and said hello, what are you doing here etc.. Some classic questions and talked few minutes later we had a plan but before we were thinking where do you go and Thomas said, we can go Little Korea... This was amazing idea and we said ok. Later we arrived that place and i have shocked because that place was music store before time. New design of place was incredible! Entered the place and said hello to guys who is in place. Sat and looked around, i was thougt that guy who will amazing place here! Before food, we saw Jong's supermotorbike and talked about it. He bought it very well price :) Finally we made order but i haven't known these food because i hadn't tried before. I have seen a photo in order book it was looks good but i don't remember name of food. In food had egg,rice,salad etc... The best important this, food was SPICY:) But it was absolutely amazing! I cannot explain you should try! Other friends, made order different foods and they have loved their foods. Later we have ate foods and then left. We had thank to Little Korea for their good hospitalty and amazing foods. I am sure i will go there again when i am free.

VOLUNTEER

Volunteer that name is more helpful. Isn't it? Do you think people can be a volunteer or helpful? At the moment we need to be volunteer for support to seeking help people so we should do it! How did i start be volunteer? Well approximately six or seven months ago i was looking informations about volunteer programmes and i have tried a lot for find so i went to many associations for get evs (europen voluntary service) informations and i found some anyplaces which was giving informations about voluntary programmes and it was different so i mean it was sounds like good. They gave me some website links and told '' you have to check these websites and you will find what you are look'' Then i had went to home and as direction i sat my chair, opened my compter and started check websites. But it was very complicated so i hadn't understand anything and next day, i was still continuing check to websites again and i have found a association that is called Gönüllü Hareketi Association which is sending non-organization so i was looking a member who works in this association because i need to their help for evs programmes. Finally i found a member of this association and added later she accepted my friends request so i started to talk to her and i told my problem about evs to her and she said me ''when you are free, you can come to our association because we cannot explain on internet it can be long...''. One day i went to there but i was hopeless because i don't know actually it can be a little bit about trust problem but i was shocked because member of Gönüllü Hareketi Association was more helpful and always smiling! That was good things for me because i was supposed smile and i saw this from them. Anyway, we have talked about a lot of situation of evs and they explained their association things like what we do, why we are in here etc... Really i loved there! After that day i have joined them and always i was there but at the moment i am busy so i cannot go there always. Also i have joined their work group that is called entrepreneurship & career works group. This group was amazing because we went to some firms,business mans & womans and somewhere for introduce our work group and our association so it was fantastic! we got many informations and my brain was completely changed by association and work group. Let's go back to voluntary programmes, I am not too be social person because i was always be alone about my stutter problem. No one weren't talking,listening and meeting to me so it was really awful and this problem made me anti-social. Now i am twenty-six years old but sometimes i am thinking like why i did not be a social or be a volunteer... And what i learnt up to this time? Answer is: NOTHING. From now on, i want to be a social person and it is not late! Isn' it? So i would like to say, KEEP CALM & BE VOLUNTEER!
